The kapa haka festival.

 It was a was windy cold wednesday on the day of kapa haka I was feeling scared because there's a lot of people at the kapa haka, we were sitting out side of the hall and put on our skirts.But the annoying thing was that we had to was taking our pants of. 

After that a lady in a pink shirt told us that it's our turn to do our kapa haka so we went of and went inside. we got told to go in our lines and so we walked into our spots and went up the stairs,they rumble like boulders tumbling of cliffs.

We went on stage everyone was clapping and cheering. Then martitia said"whaka- puri then she said e-tar-re-ke" We sang loud and strong a that start then in the middle we got strong and stronger. The more we sang the louder and better. 

Then we finished the song  all the people were cheering and clapping. we all waited for everyone to stop clapping and cheering.  Martitia yelled out "neke-atu and kia mo".

 Bay yelled out "neke- ma- toe".Martitia out "yelled out ute-ti-nar-mi". This was the song that I loved to do the actions. because the haka part is the real deal to me that's why I like doing the actions. We did the song fluently and strong. The part that I liked about this on stage was the takahia. The timing was great. Now this was when the boy started to shine at the haka.

Bay was ready to be the leader so he yelled out the haka with a fierce look in his eyes. then we slapped our rist three times. then he yelled again and we slapped our first again. the girls wiri wiri was good and i'm not gonna lie.

The the haka kamate this was the time that the boy really shined.

My time at the craft fair.

 It was a friday. I'm sitting on the mat watching the time as it ticks. RING!! the bell went i was wondering why everyone was so happy the it hit me, "Wait if the craft-fair... It's today". I got my back and in a blink of an eye i was gone. When I got Into the craft fair I stole four dollars from my dads car and then waited for Olly and Bramm. they got here i was not that happy at first by when did some fun stuff.

     First i got a hair braid. Olly said "Omg prince why did you get that?" I said " I don't know but don't it look cool. But he said he was gonna a face paint but he lied. Then we here hot so we all got a coke I think, but who cares.

 the time was about 4:30 pm when i got a ticket and went on the ride next to room 10. It was hosted buy archie's dad  if you went you probably know it but if you dont then ill tell you, it a massive slip and slide and there's a long bungee jump cord and a belt that you put a round your waist and run across the mat to get a drink. I was in the line watching all of the other people running for the coke, I look at the line it was my turn so I put on the belt and run my hardest but then I slipped and didn't get the drink. 

                                                                      

Then I went on the massive orange and black bouncy casal. when I got my card clicked and when on it was like a masaker, just all I could hear is screaming and yelling it was so annoying so I went down the slide and left then i got another drink. After I went to room nine and got a waffle with Vinnie, They were so good. The time was 7:00 it was time to pack up the craft fair.

         

Bee B.O.T (it doesn't have of its own)

 Bee bots

On a wet washy Monday we had bee bots brung to our class by Koka Rozie.  Little bee bots that were able to be programed to move forwards, backward, left, and right. I'm going to show you the instructions that I did in my writing book.

Bee bots are really cool and smart. Each move they do is 14-15cm, only you can control the bee bot.

The bee bot can move forwards, backwards, left and right. Successfully your bee bot should  go in your track that you made. When we had Koka Jo she said this phrase, "It's not the bees fault it's your fault."

What are bee bots?

Bee bots are highly programed to do what you want it to do.

The bee bots are typically like a car but no seats no doors just a bee.

The little bees are just like little gnomes that follow you around.

Kia kaha kia manawanui !!  You have to be determined to do this.

Enviroment center

The enviro center was all about how to not waste rubbish and throwing it away. When we got there we put string with pictures. My picture was the wind god. You can only take the first one you see because if we don't then there will be a big lot of people trying to get there favorite color. 

When we sat on the bean-bags, crunch! There were milk bottles in the bean-bags. When Olly popped a manu on the bean-bag he was in pain because there was milk bottle it hurt. 

We were on the mat talking about how to stop land waste and food waste. when we went in our groups we learnt why the supermarket give the food here instead of the dump one because they give it to people who need it two because the date was best before 30.7.2020 but it was still fine.

Our next area was the offies were all the rat traps and DOC-200. We also learn the six Rs are Reuse, refuse, recycle, reduce, repair, rot.I know rot doesn't sound right but it is. We got into groups of four. Then she gave us envelopes with the six Rs and we had to put then in order. Then she showed us what order it goes in. I forgot what the order was but we can think later.

Now our next area was the landfill hut when we went inside there were lots of plastic and glowing buckets and a old vakyom. The floor was covered in mattress. 

There also a big rat head that is probably made out of foam and wool. 

Our next area was how to make a good compost first you need a composter then you need to find a wet dirt area and put your composter there. Then do a brown then green and keep doing it. You can add cardboard, mulch, dirt for the brown layer and for the green are grass clippings There might be more but I forgot just like last time.

I thought that it was going to be not cool  but when we got there in was amazing there were plants and greens everywhere I rate this trip a really big 100/10.
